What to do:
1. If a problem is encountered, send a detail description of the problem and the area it occured in via email to Future Visions.
We will evaluate your situation immediately and determine a solution.
2. If you have a question, you can call or email.
3. If you have a request for an enhancement, send an email describing in detail what you would like.
Our policy is:
If a client is on support and the enhancement can benefit most of our clients, we add the features or reports without charge.
**Computer Registrations:
After the initial registration, you are entitled to 1 free re-registration per year.
A re-registration would be required if you replace a computer or if you have to reformat your hard drive due to a virus for example.
Any more than 1 re-registration in a one year period will incur a fee.
We understand that unusual circumstances and natural disasters can happen, so we will review each registration per client request.
